We Highly Recommend Larger Buildings & Homes are placed on Concrete Pads or Footers

Rock pads are a great way to keep your building in shape. Rock will help minimize any settling that may occur over time.

We Highly Recommend Pads being 2ft larger than the building.

All buildings come on 6x6 Treated Lumber. Our drivers level building with treated blocks.

If your site has a difference of more than 6inches we suggest adding concrete block.
